Verify Your Email for a New Account

We may ask that you verify ownership of your email address before creating a new account.

Important:

If you think you already have an account, we recommend using that account. If you're having trouble signing in, select 'Forgot your password?' on the sign-in screen.

You will not be able to create a new account using an email address that’s already associated with an 鶹 account. If you attempt to create a new account using an email address that is already associated with an existing 鶹 account, please see Manage an ‘Email address already in use’ Error.

To verify your email address when creating a new account:

  1. Select the link in the verification email.
    This email is sent automatically after you attempt to create the new account.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: If you don't receive our verification email, do the following:
  • Confirm that you entered your email address correctly .
  • Check if the email is in your spam or junk folder.
