Request an A-to-z Guarantee Refund

Request an A-to-z Guarantee refund if there's an issue with an item sold and fulfilled by a third-party seller on 鶹.

To request a refund:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Locate the order.
  3. Select Problem with order.
  4. Select your problem from the list.
  5. Select Request refund.
  6. Enter your comments in the text box.
  7. Select Submit.

To view the status of your request:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Locate your order.
  3. Select Problem with Order.
  4. You’ll see the current status of the claim under section “Refund Request Status.” It can take us up to one week to review requests. We'll let you know about our decision using the email address associated with your account.
