  This makes a good starter set for learning the basics of cubing. So far none of ours have come apart. But be aware that they are not expensive high quality cubes. They average around $7 each and that's what you get. They all have stickers instead of being made of colored plastic. This has not caused trouble for us but it's good to be aware when you buy.
