  In terms of noise, Fellowes 12C15 12 sheet cross-cut shredder is NOT as quiet as a previous Fellowes cross-cut shredder that we owned.
  In terms of usability it does have a user friendly design.
  Stronger construction however and clearer maintenance instructions regarding use of lubricant sheets in my opinion would elevate the overall experience.
