- Reviewed in Canada on August 9, 2023As per other reviews, I agree that you have to be pushing it in the soil to have what looks like a more legit reading. I'm not too too sure about the precision of this thing, though it seems to be roughly in the right ballpark. It does show my succulent soil to be a 9 or 10 or "very dry," and soil that looks to be quite wet indeed comes out in the "very wet" range.
It's overall ok for intended use I guess (i.e., to prevent me from overwatering some of my plants). I'm hesitating between a 3 or 4 out of 5, but I'll stick to the lower number. It passes. That's it.Report PermalinkHelpful
