- Reviewed in Canada on August 6, 2022Before I even opened the bag the dispenser came in, I noticed there was weird smudges all over it. Once I opened the bag I realized they were finger prints. Big, Greasy fingerprints all over it, mostly around where the cap for the soap reservoir is. I tried to wipe them off with just water, but it wouldn't work. I had to use some degreaser and hot water and some scrubbing to remove them. Not impressed with that at all. I suspect I was sent a used unit maybe?
Inspected and sanitized the unit. As for how it works, it's adequate. Takes two AA batteries, has lasted a few weeks so far. Easy to use and get set up. Motion detection works fine, and the adjustable size of soap dispensing is a nice feature.
Would have been 5 stars if it didn't come in such gross condition.
