  I ordered 2 refills, the color cartridge works perfectly the black does not work at all. I was travelling for work and had ordered this hoping it would arrive in time print boarding passes. Alas it arrived the day I left so my daughter put the new ink into the printer and it was printing poorly. Flew in for day and then back out again with not much time to address this. Missed the return deadline. So had to buy another black refill. Which worked(so not a printer issue).
  Be sure to check right away before the return/exchange date passes.
  I have used these before with no issue.
