  The product seems to be working fine, good soap volume options and not too noisy. I use it by the kitchen sink so it does get used a fair amount but since I just got it I cannot comment on battery longevity or how long this unit will function without developing a problem. I particularly like the shape and the slightly longer extension leaving more room to put your hand under without touching the dispenser but the shiny chrome finish is highly reflective and does show fingerprints readily , perhaps a brushed chrome finish would be a nice option.
