I have hardwood floors with a few kids, and swiffering the floor was just moving around the dirt so this machine was the perfect solution!
After about a month or so, I started receiving an error message "dirty water tank full please empty dirty water tank" even after I emptied it and cleaned it. I contacted customer support and they recommended that I thoroughly clean the metal contacts, and that resolved the issue, a bit annoying because it doesn't always work on the first try, but that's fine.
After a few months of normal use I started getting a different error message that "the clean water tank is empty, please refill" even the I had just refilled it, also I noticed that no water was coming out, after a while it would kick in and the water would start going down, however not always. I checked to make sure nothing was clogging the connection.... I decided to take a closer look inside to see what was going on, so I unscrewed the plastic covering right beneath where the c.w.t. connects.
I was shocked by what I discovered, the plastic holders for the screws that fastens the valve that connects the c.w.t to the machine where totally cracked, more like crumbled! (take a look at the pictures)
Because the valve had nothing supporting it in place every time I would click in the c.w.t instead of engaging it would just push it down into the machine without connecting.
Just to be clear again I used it normally and didn't subject it to any major impact,
it seems that the internal supporting components are made out of very cheap plastic and the design is faulty!
THIS IS NOT THE QUALITY WORTH PAYING $599
Anyhow I contacted customer support and they politely informed me that my warranty is void since I unscrewed the back cover.
So potential buyer please be aware and don't make the mistake to buy this piece of garbage,
IT MAY LOOK NICE AND SLEEK ON THE OUTSIDE, BUT BE AWARE THAT THE INSIDE COMPONENTS ARE GARBAGE and wont hold up to normal use!
