  A very good system and the almost 4 boy really enjoyed it.
  
  Initially, I thought it was missing a piece, and the customer service was outstanding. It turned out that the missing piece was there all the time, but I didn’t realize it due to the “ transformer” nature of the specific piece. Customer service was very patient and accommodating, and I couldn’t ask for a better service.
