  Great taste, and I think I recall seeing from their website that the dairy used is hormone-free. I wish they'd mention that on their packaging. Only reason this isn't getting 5 stars is because there are no instructions on the packaging on how to make the cheese mixture. It just says to mix it with milk, butter and noodles. Had to spend lots of time on internet searching to find out! I ended up cooking 450g dry elbow noodles and heating 3/4 cup milk with 1/2 cup of butter and 1/4 cup Big Daddy Mac Mix and it turned out well. I like knowing I'm not feeding my family dyes and colors!
