  Motor is not reliable, starts and stops at random. Bobbins wind poorly and are unusable. Missed the return window due to unforeseen event, so now all I can do is chuck it or maybe donate it to charity. We bought one of the metal units instead that you can seen on amazon if you search for an automatic bobbin winder and it works like a dream. Get that instead and save your frustrations for something else.
