  I've tried a few products for relief of joint pain and this once a day tablet actually brings relief. As I understand it, Hyaluronic Acid is a natural product produced by your body in lower amounts as you get older. The benefits are to your skin and joints. It seems to smooth and lubricate the cartilage for smoother motion. After a couple of weeks I feel the benefits. This seems to be a high quality product that was received fresh, well sealed and is made/tested in Canada. A once a day small capsule that is easy to swallow (not a horse pill). I would recommend it.
