  I just used this because I wanted to bake sourdough loaves in sandwich form so i can slice them for sandwiches. it worked like a charm! i let it do the final proof in the container until there's about 1 inch left from the top in terms of space, put on the lid and baked it in the oven for 35 mins. came out perfectly!
  
  I had some trouble with the lid at first as it couldn't put it all the way through but a bit of gentle hammering with my fist on the end and it has done the trick and so far it's been working well!
