First of all, the instructions are misleading. The first line of the instructions warns that "The ShoulderDolly® does not make you stronger than you are without it". This is a lie. Not only are you stronger, more powerful and able to lift more, you become so charged up with this thing on you start looking for other random stuff to lift - just to test out how much weight your lower back and legs can actually power through before failing. First, we lifted the dryer. This was a joke - I most likely could have lifted it alone wearing the ShoulderDolly. Next was the washing machine. You would think this would have been more difficult but somehow, it felt like marginally more weight. After moving these two appliances, we were so charged up we went outside and tried to lift he rear-end of a pickup truck that was parked on the street. We were absolutely not able to lift the truck, but that is no fault of the ShoulderDolly and it should be stated that if given the appropriate anchoring to the vehicle, there is 32% chance that we would have been able to re-locate the vehicle with ease and precision. The only recommendation I would have, is to make a 4-person ShoulderDolly option. Honestly if this was a thing, you very well could move anything. I would give this thing 10+ stars if I could.
