- Reviewed in Canada on March 21, 2023Our 1st oven arrived 2 days early. After much research, we had ordered it for the RV based on watts, dimension and weight. Exactly what we were expecting from Hamilton Beach. Got off to a bad start however, as the fan was defective. Contacted Hamilton Beach and received a prompt and courteous resolution. The 2nd oven arrived 3 days earlier than we were told. We quickly put it to task with 1 dozen pre-thawed wings. After a 5 minute preheat (as per mfg. recommendations), we set to Continuous Run at 400F on Air Fry mode. At 10 min. we paused and rotated wings and then resumed. In 19 minutes total cooking time, we had the most flavourful, juicy, yet crispy wings. During the cooking process we could clearly hear the oven cycle as the manufacturer intended and there was a audible indication that the fan in this unit was working just fine. Should point out that the fan in this model is super quiet in comparison to our 3 year old Hamilton Beach that works tirelessly every day in our home kitchen. Our overall rating on this oven is a 5 Star. The only negative comment is that the various control settings are difficult to read. We have been buying Hamilton Beach countertop appliances for over 20 years with virtually no issues. Based on this purchase we would give their customer service team 10 Stars.
