  I have been known to be a "paradoxical responder" to certain herbal remedies, meaning I have the opposite reaction to what is intended. I have taken most of the components of this product separately without issue unless I take too much, then I'm awake all night. I guess the cumulative efforts of them had the same response.
  Long time sufferer of insomnia, and this is not my solution.
  My husband on the other hand decided he would try one because he had been struggling to get good sleep for a few days and it knocked him right out with no hangover effect the next day. He's taken it a couple of times now with good results.
