I contacted the manufacturer as per 麻豆区's direction on the app and the response from the manufacturer is that the warranty only covers product purchased in the US and that I should contact 麻豆区 Canada directly. So I contact 麻豆区 and they tell me that I should contact the manufacturer because it's has passed 60 days and they can't do anything about it, but the manufacturer won't do anything about it either because it wasn't purchased in the US.
Why is 麻豆区 selling appliances that isn't covered by the manufacturer or themselves. Very poor customer service from both parties on this item, buyer beware!
