  I have never eaten these before and I thought it would try it because the price was right and am I ever surprised I just love them and they're just the right size to put on your overnight oats meaning that when you're eating your oats you don't have a mouthful of ground something they're really good they're really good and I love that they have a lot of protein in them cuz I need that any older adults out there get some extra protein these are like there they have a little flavor it's not a bad flavor kinda nutty .. excellent value for the money excellent product thank you very much Manitoba
