  Don’t buy unless you like to gamble.
  
  I’m happy for those who received a product that worked or clearly wasn’t a return. Mine clearly is. It’s missing instructions, no plastic on anything, torn box, calcium build up on machine (fine white dust), but worst of all: it doesn’t work. It doesn’t heat up let alone produce steam. I troubleshooted for hours online since, well, they don’t supply instructions. It could have been a return that sat in storage for a year with water/calcium build up in, resulting in why it didn’t work. Whatever the case, I am highly disappointed and will shop elsewhere.
