I decided to try this product to help manage copper dysregulation. Even though I am deficient in copper, I also have excessive amounts of unbound copper causing issues, so I needed a way to address that. I supplement with a proper zinc-to-copper ratio to ensure I still get the copper my body needs while reducing the unbound copper. This product seems like a great fit for me and I had to research how to best use it and speak to my doctor first.

It鈥檚 important to note that this product is not selective. It binds to "bad" substances like unbound copper but also to "good" nutrients like calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, and copper. I strongly recommend getting blood tests to check your mineral levels before starting this, as it鈥檚 essential to know where you stand and to monitor for potential deficiencies while using it. I also supplement back essential nutrients to help avoid imbalances, which I would recommend for anyone considering this.

This product can also affect medications if taken too close together, as binders can reduce their absorption. I space this supplement several hours apart from anything else to avoid interactions. Mineral depletion is another concern, as symptoms like fatigue, muscle cramps, or headaches can occur if nutrients are not replenished. It鈥檚 best to consult with a healthcare provider before using this to ensure it鈥檚 safe and appropriate for your situation.

I don鈥檛 know if this is working yet, as managing copper dysregulation takes time, and I likely won鈥檛 know for sure until I see changes in the side effects of unbound copper or receive follow-up blood test results. It鈥檚 not something where I expect immediate results, but I feel this product maybe playing a role in my routine.
