My experience with this heater has been wonderful for my perpetually cold self. This is my 3rd purchase of this specific heater (bought the other 2 at Walmart) and this will be my 6th Royal Sovereign heater in total (4 purchases and 2 replacements). It works really well to keep my feet warm at work and the one I have at home also does a great job supplementing my building HVAC. The heater I have at home has been working for 3+ years now but the one I have at worked packed up in its 3rd year which is why I needed a new one. The company also responded quickly and efficiently to complains about malfunctioning heater and they will send you a replacement. I have had replacements for their HFN-03 heater and this one. They handled my complain effectively and they shipped me a new one. My only wish if any really will be for the heater to be a little quieter, it is currently <60dB loud (measured with my apple watch) which is not bad at all, especially given how cheap and affordable the heater is.
