Needles are great, cables not so much

These needles are great for sock knitting - the metal is very durable, however the cables aren't so great... Used the medium length cable for a couple months before it broke completely (totally unusable now), so I'm taking two stars off my review since this set is so expensive. The cables should be a better quality for the amount of money you're paying.
