  at first i wasn't sure about this dressing,
  
  it is flavourful but doesn't overwhealm you and i find i keep coming back to it - love it
  
  fyi - i add seasoned rice wine vineagre to my salad first then this dressing (as i do with all creamy dressings) as i like things with more of a bite
  
  try this and enjoy :)
