I assembled it a couple of days before her arrival, and unfortunately, the backrest could not be assembled as one bracket faced the wrong way. The hole to secure the pin was on the inside and the pin was on the outside. The bracket could not be reversed, and so was not secure on one side, and was a safety issue. I contacted the seller through 鶹 and received prompt replies, they could not replace the bracket in time for my sister's visit, so we ended up renting one. However, they did allow me to return the walker with a full refund and they paid the shipping costs. The customer service was excellent and polite. The walker was well built and would have been perfect, but unfortunately the brackets for the back rest were incorrect. This doesn't seem to have been an issue for other customers, so may be a one off mistake. I would recommend buying this walker at this price point as it was sturdy and easy to maneuver.
