    I am writing on behalf of my Mom.
    This company is taking advantage of our elderly population! My Mom is 89 years old and fiercely independent. She takes pride in her independence. When looking for a walker she came upon this site. It clearly states ‘returnable for refund within 60 days’.
    When the walker arrived (early February) I assembled it for her. I realized right away that this walker is entry level. My Mom is an active strong woman and there is no way this flimsy entry level walker would be safe for her. I did not like the brake system and in general it is quite insufficient.
    My Mom said that was no problem. She had thought it was certainly worth a try. But since the site clearly states that it is returnable - I immediately requested a return from this company.
    In turn they asked for photos of the damage or problem. As I had explained to them - there was no damage - it’s just an entry level item which would not be safe for my Mom.
    Their solution was for my Mom to take this walker to a post office. Pay for the shipping, pay for insuring it for shipping. And then they would also charge a restocking charge. RIDICULOUS!!!!
    I have spoken to 鶹 many times about this.
    This has caused my Mother unnecessary upset and anxiety. It has made her feel that she cannot comfortably order her own things from 鶹. Even when it clearly states 60 day return.
    Walkers are made primarily for the elderly - not any other age group.
    This is a terrible way to treat our independent elderly generation!!!

    This walker is entry level only. This company is taking advantage of the elderly!! 鶹 Prime was useless in helping us and this has created stress in my Mothers Life!

    Got this for my mom and i didnt want to spend too much, this was the cheapest one... i dont regret this buy. ok the other might have better this and that, but every thing is of good quality

    assembly is easy, theyre only 4 twisted retainer easy to take off and 3 part to assemble ( the 2 arm and the back support).. took about 15 min from opening the box to ready to use (took my time)

    for now the only down, is the fact the arm might be a bit too short (mother critic, personaly, yea it might be nice to get a little more high, but then again, i have try it and i would use this thing like it is, more hight would make sitting down not confortable)

    i would buy this item again, but i think i wont need to.. it should survive when i need to use it ( in a long time)

    last note, this come in a BIG box , fully assemble (execept for 3 part that need assembly, 2 screw and a puch in).

    brake can be lock if you push the brake handle down
