  I bought this battery to power my portable CPAP machine. I have a cottage that is totally off grid and the battery supplies me the power to operate my CPAP for a full night and still have power left over. It comes with multiple cables to attach to different machines. I have a resmed C10 and a resmed air mini. It works on both. The power supplies cable for the C10 will charge the battery in approx. 5 hrs where the air mini takes about 9hrs. I purchased a spare supply cable for the C10 and also a car charger cable. The car charger cable will charge the battery in about 2 hrs while driving. The battery can also be connected to your CPAP in series with the power cable and act as a UPS in case of a power failure while sleeping.
  I am very happy with this system and recommend it. The specs lits the machine brands it will work with so check them before ordering.
