  I purchased this ink duo because it was on sale, even though I still had ink in my printer.
  
  When I installed both cartridges a couple of weeks ago, the printer wouldn't recognize the colour cart and had to be replaced with a genuine HP cart.
  
  Also, the HP software keeps showing an error as both carts being empty which leads me to believe that HP is catching up with compatible-cart manufacturers.
