  Attached a 21 inch tv in my workshop. Easy install. Had to slacken two nuts very slightly to move easier.
  Part that holds tv difficult to swivel. Does not use a bolt with nut to slacken. However used a lubricant and moved it a number of times. Now much easier to use. Didn’t want to spend a lot so a good price for my purposes.
