  I have had bowel issues for many many years, not being able to go. At all. I used this for about 3 months most of the time faithfully everyday, & I’m starting to go again... 2 days in a row!!!! (Trust me that’s a huge deal for me) Thank god for this stuff @ such a good price, high potency & a good variety of strains you cannot go wrong here
  On my 3rd box! 👍👍
