  This item was exactly what my daughter needed in her bathroom but the quality of the cabinetry was flimsy and if you were not careful the laminate would chip off when putting in the screws. Be cautious when assembling and don’t let it get wet. It is made of press board and will definitely swell if water gets in it. My guess is it won’t last long but gets the job done for now.
