  The enamel of my teeth was getting rough like it was pitted. I also went looking for fluoride free toothpaste and came across this. I'd heard good things about hydroxyapatite toothpaste so I gave this stuff a try. After a few tubes my teeth are nice and smooth again and I'm not reacting to fluoride the way I was with everything else. Expensive stuff but worth it.
