  If you have sinus issues or are prone to sinus issues- this will irritate your eyes and sinuses terribly. maybe it was how i used it, but the benefits of a spray do not outweigh the risks of irritation in my opinion. i learned my lesson! won't be repurchasing although I am happy for everyone who loves this
