  Pros: length of the spatula (longer than a regular spatula) makes it much easier to pick up a fish filet without breaking it in half, and its works great for removing the skin off grilled salmon and trout.
  Con: spatula is kind of slippery, so we need to pay greater attention to keeping our hand steady and the spatula perfectly horizontal.
  Conclusion: good value product.
