  Take this pills for more than 1 year...I take 1 pill every morning for keeping my skin elastic and youth...it works well...I stop take pill for 10 days during my vacation...you will feel that the face is losing elastic....believe it or not...I take it back right away...1 week later..my face back to pretty condition..by the way..I am 41 years old now
