  Flimsy faux base holds a low grade stainless steel tub for frying. The controls are decent with a timer if required. Holds a good amount of food, but as any 120V fryer, takes a huge temperature dive when food is added. Although this one seems to heat up faster than previous similar models. The pour spout on the tub is good for removing oil for cleaning.
