  Don’t know about the negative ion water thing, but the humidifier, the steamer, and towel all work exceptionally well. Refilling the machine has got to be my favourite part. It’s a bottle you flip upside down, doesn’t leak at all, and I just love the water trickle down every time.
  
  Beyond that, it’s really easy to use, maintain it’s cleanliness, and remember to use every day. It works really well. My face feels really hydrated but downside is, i’m forgetting or skipping to do my routine more frequently now since my face is so well hydrated🤦🏽‍♂️
