    I had a serious malfunction with a Ninja air fryer. Won't go into details but oh boy I wish all service departments were like Ninja's...air fryer replaced without hesitation after providing pictures etc.
    They are replacing it. Bought in Feb 2025.
    I am seriously impressed with how they handled the complaint
