  Firstly, the item came missing the main lid and so completely useless. In addition, these blenders with the plastic jugs will not last long and I have the larger model and I'm now on my third jug after having crazy glued the cracks in the bottom of each jugged several times. It is a shame ninja that can't produce with glass jugs that will last. I now have a lot of spare parts for my other blender and a lot of garbage for the environment.
