  If your company have a policy to not use WiFi devices, then you will need to buy the cable to adapt this to your computer and phone connection. Which is 20 dollars more.
  Also, it comes with the headphone or earphone.
  Once I got the cable it was easier to connect the item and start using it in less than 10 minutes.
  I love to use these because It doesn't hurt my ears while wearing my prescription glasses like regular big headphones.
