- Reviewed in Canada on August 23, 2019The extension button popped out and now the product is not functional. My 88 year old mother only used this product a twice before this happened. Once when we purchased it last September 2018, and then a few weeks ago. Unfortunately it is now passed the window return date of December 2018. We are not impressed with Hurry Cane and disappointed that a product making such big claims about being so great, does not have a lifetime replacement option.
