  Used for over a week now. Easy to use and makes delicious coffee and drinks. It took us some experiments to figure out the right grind setting though. We started with the grind setting of 4 and kept getting messages that read "reduce intensity". But adjusting brewing intensity alone didn't help in our case. Only when we changed the grind setting to 5 or higher then the machine started working.
