鶹 Vine Customer Review of Free Product( What's this? )
Set up of this device took about an hour... mostly because you need to read the instructions AND watch the video product demonstration on their you tube channel. I would have saved time learning to use the printer if I had watched the labelife videos first.
It is a thermal printer meaning there's no ink cartridge and nothing to refill. You only need to buy labels of whatever size you desire... It can only be fed labels that are connected to each other as that is how the printer feeds labels into the paper.
I was confused by how to load the included labels... follow the video instructions... open the printer all the way up, put the labels with the pealing side face-up... and make sure the label lines up with the very end of the printer body... and close the printer.
I used the Labelife app on the app store, even though it has bad reviews.. I found it easy to connect and use... I had trouble updating the printer's firmware, and how to restart the app and printer at least once in order to complete updating the firmware. Opening a return label in a pdf file and cropping out the exact part of the label to print is very easy with the app. You also don't have to sign up to anything in order to use the app or the printer.
The included labels are high quality, and stick to any box surface very well. I'm excited because this process is much faster than what I normally do to print and tape labels onto boxes. I will definitely be saving time with this label printer in the future.
Takes time to set up and learn to use... but it's very compact and versatile
