  I've recently started to learn about methylated vitamins based on some research i've done on their benefits and surprisingly there aren't that many kids brand of vitamins that have methylated vitamins. I found these and my kids love 'em. they taste great and the amount of vitamins packed into a single piece is very good vs the competition. Highly recommended.
