  The hardware is very nice, although I did have issues getting the micro SD card to not pop out of its slot thus preventing the camera from rotating to the on position. The app software need a lot of work. It’s really convoluted and requires to many steps to get to a lot of deeply nested features. And for all the features the app software does have there are a number of things that it seems that it *should* have, but doesn’t. I’d buy a second one.
  
  UPDATE: Big issue for me at this point is that camera has gone offline while away and hasn’t come back up again. Given that it’s the hub for all the other Aqara accessories, they are all offline as well. My two Nest cameras are still working just fine. Major issue! Can’t have system down like that. I know from previous experience that the SD card is still recording but that’s not helping with monitoring the current situation.
