I received the OBD II reader for testing and I must say, it's a handy piece of equipment! It's easy to use, making it perfect for quick diagnostics on my vehicle. I plugged it into both my vehicles for a quick overall scan, and it operated flawlessly, reading codes and diagnosing issues efficiently.
The included manual is minimal but helpful; there’s a more detailed user guide available online, which is a great resource. It successfully performed a full battery test and helped identify some irritating problems in my car.
Additionally, the battery analyzer is an excellent companion tool. It provides 99% accurate battery health testing, crank testing, and charge testing for various battery types. This load tester diagnoses all 12V and 6V vehicles, including cars and motorcycles, and it provides test reports in seconds, making it incredibly efficient.
However, it's worth noting that it seems the software for the OBD II reader is no longer supported by the parent company. While I havne't been able to connect it to my computer to download data, that doesn't detract from its primary function, as it does its job effectively, scanning and reading codes.
Overall, both the OBD II reader and battery analyzer are durable products, and I would recommend them for anyone looking for easy-to-navigate diagnostic tools. If you're seeking reliable devices for vehicle diagnostics and battery health without breaking the bank, these fit the bill!
