- Reviewed in Canada on April 13, 2019This is the best investment purchase I've made for my fitness. Been pushing the cardio and lifting to new heights... but with that comes tightness beyond compare... so I finally decided to buy more than just a foam roller.
The 5-inch ball is just like a foam roller but ball-shaped and targets areas that I can't get with a giant roller
and the small blue ball is a GEM. .. I keep it with me at my desk at work, in my purse, works great on any pressure point and relieves tension. I use it on my forearms after tough workouts, and on my feet for general care. The most painful but so awesome double blue ball is great to do a deep tissue massage on the back surrounding the spine. If you hug your shoulders you ll sink even deeper into the muscle. I definitely recommend this product. It comes with a small bag, perfect size to hold all three items. For the price and what you get it's worth it. If this is family run, I hope they succeed. This type of product is great for everyone to use, whether you exercise or just sit at a desk all day long, these items help your body's overall health.
