  lol it’s just that I never knew I needed this until I got it. If you are vegan/vegetarian this is an absolute must!! Can always feel the difference on days when I forget to take these; for example, I’ll have decreased energy and overall feel more tired idk why… so yes, a must. Saw another comment saying they recommend it for seniors too and overall it’s great for just about anyone looking for a solid source of amino acids. Ignore the bad reviews, yes there’s a seal when you open the bottle. If there isn’t then maybe yours was just defective so send it back. Life is simple, let’s not complicate it. Your health is simple too and this stuff works. Thanks for coming to my TED talk(:
