Best chocolate ever.

Best chocolate to temper with. I went to school to be a pastry chef and fell in love with chocolate. This is my calling. I was originally set on using Lindt however I tried this one and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go back. I’ll be buying this chocolate constantly along with the other two. The price was well worth this Belgium chocolate. The perfect about of bitterness.
