  I have been searching for a double milled semolina for some time without much success. What I could find, was usually over-priced. I saw this and still had money on a gift card, so I thought I would give it a try. I used the flour to make pasta and it turned out to be very satisfying. The texture of the double milling made it very easy to work with. I initially made two batches, one semola only and the second a combination of semola and '00' flour. Both worked very nicely. I will be purchasing this as a regular item for my pasta.
